Rosa is born and raised in Los Angeles, CA. She is the only child. Film has always been a passion even before she knew it was what she wanted to do. Since she was in elementary she was always documenting her life through the camera with taking pictures of everything. In 2013 she graduated from Mount St Marys University (formally known as Mount St Marys College) with a bachelors degree in film and social justice.
