Since entering the entertainment industry at the age of 9, Rob Hays has garnered many lead roles including The Wiz as 'The Wiz' and Peter Pan as 'Peter Pan'. Born and raised in the inner city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and upon graduating from Dominican High School, Rob pursued the opportunity to attend Florida A&M university and pause his dreams of being an entertainer with the hopes of breaking the curse in his family and becoming the first attend and complete a collegiate degree.Continuing his entertainment career while in college did not escape him too long as faith would have it. While walking across campus from track practice, Rob was discovered by the modeling organization, Epicurean! Fashion Experience to whom he was ultimately signed to and found himself balancing school and modeling.Upon graduating from Florida A&M University with a degree in Business Administration, Rob aggressively pursued his acting and modeling career in New York City where he was able to land gigs for several national campaigns for major retail brands such as Adidas, Sean John, South Pole and Coogi.A life altering event of being blessed with the news of expecting a son, Rob took yet another break from pursuing his dreams and made the decision to move to back to Florida where he was offered a job with an organization that assisted the unemployed find work. The passion for helping others during this time helped Rob understand that he was destined for something greater within his personal life.At that moment, Rob re-committed his life to his craft and in pursuit of happiness to realize his dreams of becoming a renowned actor and model. He uprooted and relocated to Atlanta, Georgia where a shift in entertainment was occurring at a very fast pace. In a short amount of time after his move, Rob landed roles in Bessie, Lee Daniels' television show Star on Fox Network and Swamp Murders on Discovery Network. Rob has also landed national campaigns with Walt Disney World, Nationwide Insurance, American Family Insurance and Cosmopolitan to name a few.His commitment to community enrichment and youth charitable organizations such as Brothers United Youth Mentoring Program and Brothers United Youth Summer Camp is never ending.
