Mindy Fay Parks made her television debut on NBC's Chicago Fire (2012) as 'Sally', the mother who throws her baby from a burning building. She is also known for her role in the multi-award winning Indie Film The Life and Death of an Unhappily Married Man (2015), directed by Josh Hope.She was born in Oklahoma and began acting early in life, performing in school plays and community theaters. She holds an Honors degree in Theatre from Oklahoma State University. After graduation, she moved to Japan where she taught English and worked on improving her Japanese language skills. While in Japan, she also played the role of 'Ophelia' in Nameless Theatre's production of 'Hamlet'.Mindy Fay now resides in Chicago where she works as an actor, model, filmmaker, and film festival director.
