Mia Holland's aspirations to be a performer started at an early age while attending after school programs focusing on pottery, music, dance, and calligraphy. She also participated in the Special Talent Enrichment Program (Berkeley County, South Carolina's Gifted and Talented Program) and Honors Chorus. While in high school, she learned set etiquette and gained experience working as a background artist in various films shooting in the Low CountryShe made her national debut in a non-speaking co-starring role in Travel Channel's Weird Travels: Haunted Hotels. After a hiatus to focus on school, she returned to the industry with a co-starring role in Investigation Discovery's Homicide Hunter: Lt. Joe Kenda.She recently worked on the VO promo for Only A Dream by Pixar's Ben Rush in addition to providing the voice of Athena Ford, the lead character, in 2nd Dance. She continues to pursue all acting opportunities, but her ultimate desire is to voice animated characters in film, television, and video games. She loves the idea of being able to utilize her voice and entire body to convey feeling and movement to a character despite NOT being on camera. Hide
