Megan Fedorchuk was born in Toronto, Canada. While on vacation in Mexico with her parents at the age of two, she performed "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" on stage for the entire resort. She has been taking ballet lessons since she was three, and at seven, Megan made the final casting call for the role of Little Cossette/Eponine in Mirvish Productions' Les Miserables. Since then, she has participated in The Second City Training Center's improv classes, as well as a Young People's Theatre drama course. In 2014 she obtained an agent and began auditioning for commercials and film.Her first role was an appearance in Broadway Video's comedy series starring Jay Baruchel, Man Seeking Woman, distributed by FX Network.
