Lisa Sheldon was born in Bend, Oregon. Being raised in the mountains encouraged her to get outside and be active. She competed at a high level in swimming and snowboarding however, found that her passion was in the entertainment business. She moved to Los Angeles at 17 to pursue acting and modeling.
