Jaime Chew is an actress known for Marco Polo (2014).Born into a musical family, Jaime has enjoyed playing the Piano, Cello, Singing and Dancing since a young age. She has also had success in several local and international Piano Competitions.Jaime was on the cover of Harpers Bazaar (Kids) in 2011, and has done several local Print Ads, TVCs, Voice Overs (Mandarin and English) and Short Films.She became locally recognized for her role as "little Maggie" in a series of TVC's for Mio TV/SingTel.In 2014, she garnered media attention for her performance as "Gretl" in "The Sound of Music" (West End International Touring Cast) during their Singapore season at Marina Bay Sands. She has since landed roles as part of the touring Broadway Cast of "Shrek The Musical" (2016) and "Annie" (2016) during their Singapore seasons at Marina Bay Sands.Jaime appeared in several episodes of the local TV (Mediacorp) Chinese Drama, TruthSeekers 2 in 2016 and Dreammakers 2. She also made a cameo appearance in Royston Tan's Mandarin film 3688 (2015).She is featured in a weekly segment as a "Kid Reporter" in MediaCorp's local comedic variety show called "Ok Chope" where she interviews Celebrities and high profile personalities, as well as reporting on events of local interest.Jaime was born in Singapore after her parents moved from Australia to Singapore.
