Gene Gallerano is an Emmy Award-winning producer, actor and filmmaker.Gene most recently produced the TV series Edge of the Unknown with Jimmy Chin with Academy Award winners Jimmy Chin and Chai Vasarhelyi (Free Solo, Meru, The Rescue) for National Geographic and Disney+. The series featured elite adventure athletes Alex Honnold, Jimmy Chin, Justine Dupont, Conrad Anker, Travis Rice, Angel Collinson, Gerd Serrasolses, Sarah McNair-Landry, Will Gadd and Ben Stookesberry.Gene was a Co-Producer on the Emmy Award-winning film The First Wave, a documentary directed by Academy Award nominee and Emmy Award winner Matthew Heineman (Cartel Land, Tiger) for Nat Geo, Participant and Neon released on Hulu.
