Her mother is Chinese and her father is of Spanish decent.She is that rare actress who can play drama and comedy and her ethnically ambiguous looks have allowed her to play multiple ethnicities including Caucasian, Hispanic, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean.A graduate of Fordham University, she is theatrically trained and cites the writing and works of Stella Adler and Uta Hagan as the early motivating force behind her career as an actress.In her spare time she likes to travel and work with the non profit group The Young Storytellers.
